hmm .. pending short from 1.4206 not triggered... perhaps a pullback will help overnight to add a short... though this bounce was a bit too much for my liking...

Gamer, post some of your screenshots maybe we can help out. It may be sometuing as simple as the spread making it appear like you were erroneously stopped out. If its a blatant mistake, your broker should fix it.

lets just take this one also as part of training im not worried about loss of few hundred bucks as im sure i'll recover it within 1-2 days after opening my actual a/c. whats upsetting me is im unable to concentrate like earlier & not able to make profit according strategy i make. if i won't make profit while practicing, then i guess its not worth opening actual a/c.

Try other brokers on demo. I have no experience with forexcontrol but if your demoing and this is happening I wouldn't think twice about opening a live account with them.

i don't agree, broker fraud and malpractice should not be tolerated...

If I might not be in front of the screen for entry's or limits I set them 10 pips below or over my actual targets...FWIW

ForexControl seems to offer ECN accounts. What makes me suspicious is, that they also offer MT4. MT4 was not designed to work in an ECN area, it was indeed made to serve the bucket-shops with their dealing desks (aka manipulation).

I use MT4 too, but only for charting, since my broker, Dukascopy (ECN) does not offer MT4 for live trading.

My future plans are to open a/c in Tradestation. Already installed its demo a/c. Hope you all agree with its reliability.

personally i use mt4 for charting only, not order entry, it's the best option for the availability of custom indicators...

i think tradestation is a little dated now, not sure about their broker services, i have previously used prorealtime and ninja, which are both excellent charting platforms...

Me too like MT4 indicators, pivots & all & i'll try to save my current a/c as there's only 25 $ left from total 650 $ investment

otherwise i'll stick with its demo's.
