Want to clarify, if the weekly arrow is slant up, daily is up and h4 is slant up, it is still means a good bullish trade but maybe not so strong right?

Is this 3 tap drawn correctly? Or should i be taking a 3 tap for shorting as weekly is pointing down instead?

Its a good setup, only there just isn't any price action. The last 3 candles have gone nowhere. Wait to enter until there is some movement.

For those interested in the gap results this week. They didn't turn out well, and my hefty Stop losses were hit on 2/3 of the gaps. Ouch!!

Anyhow, looking to the next trade.

Lawgirl, a couple questions about your new daily system if you would be so kind...

 

  1. How long have you been trading it now?
  2. What % of your account do you risk (with the 30 pip SL)?
  3. Do you use 30 pips regardless of pair?
  4. What is the current % profit for your account (I believe you started a demo 100k account and you are around 15% profits so far, but just wanted to verify.

can I ask a stupid question, how do you take SOME profit out of a trade in MT4 ? lets say I have a position on and in profit at $2point ? can I cash half ? modify the order ?

sorry if this is too basic

Right click on your order, select "close order", then change the "volume" and click "close".
