2. Starting capital has nothing to do with the method. 2% is 2% with any starting capital. Money management is very important with every trading method. For me 2% is not per position, it's per day.
3. I would look at higher TFs (e.g. H4). I am not that good at longer TFs since I tend to be impatient. But as I said some posts ago, I use higher TFs to take quick scalping profits.

I'll definitely be sure to look over the entire thread and the original dance thread. I've also downloaded the manual, but I'm not sure if it's the correct (most up-to-date) one. I would prefer trading by original rules and I hear Clay added some other stuff to his manuals. If there is any other documentation I should read, please let me know!
Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't scalping at a higher TF an oxymoron, if scalping is based on methods of quick momentum trades and trading at higher TFs tends to reduce noise in the markets and becomes more of trend trading?
Also, would the effectiveness of CHOROS still be high in high TFs if it relies on lower TFs to fine-tune entries of the trade?
