I dont get what you mean?? How do I cut and paste inside the template??
Ignored
You should open tmpl. file in notepad program , and then edit it by cut/paste
I prepared the template with BigE syngery bars instead HA. You can use it

Yep mate. I am aware of the clock-slope thingy we must obey and I am always carefull about it, but on my chart it IS looking like 5 (even more). Thing is, I can stretch up/down/left/right and always make it look like X.
Ignored
Did you ever get an answer regarding this ,
it is something that I always question myself
"one persons 5 pm could be another persons 3.30 pm dependant on how much the graph is stretched by X"

Oh and thanks for giving the idea re Synergy on a sub window , excellent

Thank you very much I will try it.
I have a question. Looking at this I would actually prefer it in reverse. Is there a way to view the HA candles in the main window and the normal candles as an indicator?? I ask this because the main method uses the HA candles with the ema added to it so I would prefer the HA candles at the top of the chart with the normal candles in a smaller window underneath it. SO basically maybe there is an indicator for normal candles??
ANy way to do this?? Or is there a way to add the ema to the HA candles in the indicator window??

Hi,

I'm looking to start using this method with my live account starting with £1k at £10 pip only trading on GBP/USD to start off with, hoping to make around 40pips a day using this system.

one other question does this system work with i.e. FTSE 100, DOW or just Forex?

With my 1K account i'm going to go with £10 pip with 70 SL so risk management of 70% however the entries i enter I'll weigh up other factors like price res etc..

I'm hoping to get to 10k then go to 1% risk management, so would it be fair to say with this system you could get between 160 - 300pips a week?

P.S the only reason i'm putting in £1k is because i dont need it and i'm using the high risk management because if i lose it i'm not to bothered unlike if it was 10k,20k etc... others may disagree with me here

I've been using this system on a demo account and an account with like £20 in it, and it has worked however i got cleared out because my stop loss was too low on the 1HR chats.

one other question i have on 1HR or 4HR chats is 70SL suitable?

Greeting's everyone!

Sorry to hear you aren't feeling the best E. Get well real soon.

Well, after joining up last night, this system, and amazing thread seem a good enough intro to FX for a beginner. It seems so simple, and with a lot of the rules laid out already, i reckon i'll get a demo acct. going sooner rather than later.

Thanks E, and everyone here.

Best wishes, and good trading,

Greg.

hi,
those results look very nice...but if i were u, i would never trade lot size of 1.0 with 5k account....it would be more like 0.1 lot for that size of account...u would still have made $500 which is 10% in 4 days which is still very very good but i am just adding some perspective so that newbies arent misled....

Hi there

I am very new to Forex. But I already managed to loose my account twice. Still, I am not giving up. No, I am even more interested in Forex.

Reading your thread about the TDI really impressed me.
So I was looking in my platform if I can find this one. But, no success.

Can u give me any hints how to find it and what are your settings for the TDI?

I really thank you for your help and I wish you all the best and always

Good trading
Marcel

I did some investigation (manual "backtesting"; just checking good crosses in the past) on this issue and found out that a slope of 5 units per candle is the minimum slope to consider it a 1 or 5 o'clock, i.e. a GOOD and significant steepness.

Please, correct me if I am wrong (is it 5? 3? 7? units per candle) and I think it would be a good add to Big E TMS system if we can define some minimum slope required to validate the cross.

I am working on TMS/TDI indicator which shows the current and previous slope as a visual add on to decision making process and to eliminate the "I think the slope is 5 o'clock" effect.

I hope making a new (just improved) indicator wouldn't hurt the basics of the TMS system: KISS, which I truly appreciate and obey. I don't want to start flooding the thread with new and "new" indicators/templates/etc.

elfanz, forexcube, numb3r,

Thanks for the thread. Am glad Incrediblle pointed to me here. Perhaps this is the most simplest method.

(1) Are the indicators by numb3rs (post #25) for this method the latest update?
Because I do not see the MBL (Market Base Line) and Volatility Band Line (a per the pdf by Forexcube..file TD_11.pdf).
What is the color line on Stochastic means?

(2) Is the nice presentation layout shared by Forexcube (thanks for it) all there is for this techniques.

In actual test, I can that there a lot of HA candles with long body and small wick upward, which would supposely not a good long trade but then the price continues to shoot up.

(3) In gist:
Do we enter on the open of the next HA candle when signal came?
