Morning everybody. Glad that 1.42 level wasn't breached overnight. I see we tried to reach 1.4340 level, but did not succeed. Also correction to at least 1.4280 - 60 didn't happen. I see these 3 possible channels on hourly chart - breakout of whose I will be watching closely. I attach RSI, MACD and Slow Stochs. Note that STochs are above 20 and RSI above 50 - which is bullish bias confirmation - BUT - anything can happen so I'm watching closely...

Guys, fed says QE2 will end on the last 2nd quarter this year. will you give me some insight what will happen to USD dollar? will the dollar become strong? what will happen to the rest major pairs we are trading against the dollar?

Yes I did, watched the game- Enjoyed seeing Bieska (sp?) in action, both gloves on and off. In case you missed it.

my opinion is...as QE2 will ends in June..it is possible we will see some support for USD in June and July..
bt as we have high unemployment...slow economic growth..
long term speaking..weak dollar...

also ive heard before QE2 ends, US might rates interest to hike little bit, so this 2 news really have huge upward for the dollar, only we have to watch the economy if they can support a good upward for the dollar

The EUR is approaching a tough zone and a critical zone to break through.

Although the main trend on the H4 and H8 is buy, but a sustainable reaction can occur at 4360-4380 zone. This sustainable reaction will either drive the pair downwards to the weekly pivot of last week which is 4208 or drive the pair more downwards towards 4150 zone.

The only way that this pair will continue to go to 4450 is that if after 4380 is reached a temporary support will be formed at 4350-4360 and quickly the pair makes a move to 4400, other than that we are in for a very good size sell.

Dollar will be weakened further - after qe2 - there is qe3 and qe4. But don't get me wrong - euro will collapse first - but i think it'll collapse in hyperbolic movement up - same as zimbabwean dollar against us dollar when it entered crisis in 2008:
