Indeed, look at the USD/JPY and USD/CHF both up on the month now , higher US rates down the road looks like. I'll have to take a look at the 2yr US/German spread. In fact I'm sure al least part of this 800 pip break has to do with that spread.
Good point. Agree I personally think that next month ECB hike will trigger FED interest rate playing field and will put dollar in the driver sit for the rest of the year.

Indeed, I mean we just dont drop 800 pips for nothing. It is very possible that some large players are shifting positions in light of that possibility. I await a break of 4195/4213 to play for 4070 and 3903 after the final US data.

I don't/didn't understand what he means with "faked".
Does it mean there is always a fakeout before the breakout?
Or that there has to be a fakeout on the other side after the breach?

Yeap that drop was a lot more than the obvious profit taking. Shorts starting to work again but more reports and NY open so ..... Let see if the 3rd attempt break that 1.420x . There is a strong 1,412x before your numbers in my books (daily rejection of swing low) which are key and v strong and they may need a monthly push to make a clean break.

We'll see

My opinion is commodities will continue to rise along with the price of crude oil. From my sources - biggest boys in the game wants oil to go to 150 - 200 dollars a barrel at minimum and what we've seen 2 weeks ago was correction - same that happend 2 yrs ago when oil was on a rally to 140 area...
