of course, I use MM on all TF's. Old murrey once taught, that MM is better than fibs. I will second that. I often do measured moves, but then look for MM lines nearby.

I do remember in 1985 or 1986 ... that was before the BERLIN WALL fell down ...

There has been the first Banks in Quarters of Stock-Exchange (Fasanenstraße - Charlottenburg) when Japanese Peoples there traded allday and allnights long via BTX-Computer-Connections ...

Berliner Bank für Handel und Industrie was the name of the Banks ... as in Berlin they have had another name than the original name of the Banks ... which has been DRESDENER BANK ...

Funny ... those guys where really heavily trading like hell ... and there has been special trading room sections for customers only ...

Really huge and noble or ritzy ones ... trading rooms ... with paravents (classy omamental room dividers) and noise reduction ...

As normally nearly nobody has had an own BTX-Connection during those days ...

I believe he's referring to the angle of the trendlines.

yes....the offset...also found in Harmonics and EWT....fascinating how all these patterns and ideas resurface in Forex.

yea right eagle eye ... got a ways to go for that but hey as an experiment i will have a couple 3 and see what happens. if i had 4 i think i would be seeing double LOL only have 120lbs of body weight to absorb that much alcohol ... hum maybe that would work too bet i wouldn't care either way by then would i

Interesting. I entered the business in the early 90's. I had mostly customers accounts that would deal in futures. During non Chicago pit hours, before Globex had any volume, most of our business was transacted with Credit Lyonnais Rouse, and Commerzbank, and Morgan Guaranty.

Exactly ... later there was the possibility to take part with half mill only ...

Then they reduced to a quarter mill ... but with unwillingness somehow ...

And within the late 90th then even 125'000 ... wow ...

haha ...

And of course ... no reason to mention ... that DEMO-TRADING did not exist ...

Exactly ... that was the normal way Credit Lyonnais, Parisbas, DG-Bank (Deutsche Aussenhandelsbank), Credit Suisse, Citicorp, Tokyo Mitsubishi, Schweizer Bankverein, not to forget AMEXCO (many do not know that they where strongly engaged in Forex development) ... and of course Goldman ever did ... Merrill Lynch as well ...

Das war's im Wesentlichen ...

I remember my first trade, in the S&P's, $500 a full point then, not the sissy kind they have now, by the time I got my fill back, some news hit the market, and I was down $1,500 on a one lot in about 10mins...lol, that was my demo trade. It took me two weeks to make the loss back.
