First. In your User Account Options, make sure that Thread Display is set to Newest - Linear

Secondly. Both Firefox and Chrome have reload plugins

Thirdly. Use this link ...

excellent. I am targeting 1.0297... so we are on the same page. had a position, but closed it when we bounced. depends if I get an entry. currently eurusd only

Yes ... a humpy jumpy road ... and we do must allow that the market wants to slip a bit more beyond our points of view ... than our estimations might have seen it within those session phases ...

Not easy to take a longer term trade ... and Euro Eco-Fin meeting still in focus ...

But overall a scalpers paradise ...

lol look at longer time frames man... what you calling an uptrend to 1.4215, its too puny to call it a trend but a minor retracement from the drop from 1.4880/1.4900

also read some news... Stops at 1.4220 in EURUSD was the Big Boy's target to retrace to before another drop... as long as you know where the stops are and how the REAL trend is on the eurusd, you can easily determine which trade to enter... now 1.4220 area stops are cleared, big boys have more money now, they can now bet WITH the trend in H4, thats downwards, together to see Gold price and oil price to drop

Apparently we are in a tight range awaiting the out come today of the 2 day meeting and what stance is going to be taken on greece .

Keep your ears open for a news report .

Whatever direction we go then will likely decide the next couple hundred pips.
making green pips large and red pips small this is my goal.
