My 2 cents
German Sentiment is always important, IMO is going to be a a lot better than the forecasted level and probably higher than previous 7.6 mark.

However, there are more important reports in play that have been playing since yesterday and is Greece debt restructuring. Germany already rejected very opnely the plan, however negotiations on "voluntary" agreements and ,more important for trading short term (next couple of months), is reprofiling bonds.
Adjusting the maturity of Greek bonds will completely change the time and the impact of the sellolff and the the next ECB hike will have a much important impact to the upside. Also Trichet is out in October and his new replacement is the Italian Draghi that will also have an impact on the tone and expectations that his new speech can have (if any).

That in addition to all the mild and not short term FED position can put this pair in a consolidation range (with 1.44xx as a center) on weekly and monthly (meaning a good semester range at least) until FED take a side or Greeak/Ireland default.

Are you watching 1.255x on eur/chf? confirmed rejection of daily lows intraday, valid long signal. What are your views on that one.

Here are the important levels for today. We also have a valid trendline that makes a nice confluence with a previous hammer fake around 4130. As for the trend there is still a disparity between TFs so the position is flat at the moment with playing out the breakouts of those levels on 5m timeframe.

Remember though that trendline needs to have at least 3 touches with a minimum time span of 3h to be considered valid.

GM buddy. I cant say I blame you for trying a long here. We have seen this area defended once already this month, and you have a great R:R. Trading lower on the month will keep me bearish this cross, I will still look for a break of this support for a chance at new lows. Good luck with the bastards.

PS. I have been buying USD/CHF over the last 24hrs, am focusing my efforts there, looking for .9000. Also watching USD/JPY carefuly for a possible breakout.
