I use trader dynamic index to enter trade and it gave me long signal at 20...I am long at EU.15+

i think the point you are missing is that there is an infinite supply of money in the market, but it is based on a finite resource, that money can be removed and added to the system but it doesnt increase or decrease the resource itself. if you have 100 tonnes of gold in the bank, removing 100 billion dollars of money out of the supply doesnt change the fact you still have 100 tonnes of gold in the bank. Money is just a medium on valuation of goods based on opinion, not fact. However removing 100 billion dollars of cash from the supply forces people to reassess valuations of goods as that credit is no longer there to be used, hence loss of purchasing power.

seems like USD/CHF might take a crack at a mofu test first, will look to buy against 8865 if I get a chance...

Yes its a small order but I will add on later if it gets really sexy.... for that to happen I need some help from EU above 4500 and even better 4600...


Putting on a EU short now though... tracing it down... 4021 here we come...

astroman, if there is no such thing as removal of wealth and only transferral of wealth then there would always be market equilibrium, there would be never be recession or growth. think about it, the US housing market is in the dumps, when there are so many bargains and 50%-80% cut in valuations from the highs, you would think the billionaires of US would jump in, buy up until no more sellers left, as thats market equilibrium, but if what u say is true then 95% of the wealth from sellers should have been transferred to the 5% wealth of the buyers. That clearly isnt the case as you can see on the US house market.
