very late in posting as was in trouble in office , anyway long there & expecting 1.4423/39 test & breach for further confirmation if it wave b up for retracement or all over by this time .progress good so far , 23.6% fib testing I see .

Seems to me we have entered one of the periods where forex markets are quite happy to follow. When commodies sell of the traders by default cashing out in dollars hence dollar strength. It quite a good trading enviroment as you can take your cues from gold as a leading indicator of euro.

This is how the government makes you pay more dollar for your goods.

I couldnt believe that since 1960 they like added and reduce money in circulation by about 6%.

But get this in 2008 december ,the money in circulation rose by an extra 98.8%.

And your scratching your head as to why gold went from $800 to $1600/oz.

Only 2 things affect price = supply demand and inflation /deflation .

Putting money into supply and taking money out = inflationary.

I think its important to know ,what the main background fundies are so you can watch for changes.
