Nando, could you pls tell me why do you long the EU? This is what I see currently:

- narrow spread bull candles on h1 with above the average volume
- PA could not close above the control MA till now on both m15, h1
- bias is still bearish on higher TFs
- current rebound from daily low took almost 1.5x more time resulting no new local high till now compared to last drop speed and PA

Maybe I missed something and I'm wrong but these are not bullish signs. Looks like a correction before the next drop.

So what are the reasons you are long?

EJ Comment:

1. The Daily chart FE study shows PA dropped thru FE 79% level down to the FE 100% level, and has since bounced back and forth between them. The FE100% level is also a major support level area, which you can see by looking off to the left on this chart.

2. The H1 chart volume study shows stopping volume at the last lows. And for the past several hours the price has been "worked" back upwards on decreasing activity, especially on the current bar. This looks like the price is being "reset higher" to again resume shorting.

I am wondering if next week we might see PA break down thru that FE 100% level support area.

Today the price popped just a bit higher than what had been the highs for a week. And the volume at the new highs was higher than the volume was at most of the previous highs. So, just on shear speculation that the sudden turnabout today and run up by more than 150% of the average range was to dump longs/gather shorts, I have made a new short entry at 0.7965.

Bernanke speaks in about 3 hours. This is possibly another reason the price has been driven up again. Either anticipated bad USD news has just been built into the price, or.......

.....the BBs anticipate good USD news, and have driven the price to high shorting ground beforehand.

This is not a SonicR trade, is a small trade, and is a highly speculative trade.
