EURUSD will bounce up from this level, at least I hope so.

Right now ranging between 1.4213-1.4185
if 1.4185 break pair goes to 1.4125-1.4177
we just have scalping till London Market

Such a steep fall (easily foreseeable considering the quick rise that a natural correction was not in order ) still, be careful.

my analysis, is that we are seeing dollar strength across the board but the reason seems to be government intervention

raising margin on commodities was a great move to defend dollar strength while keeping monetary policy intact.

i suppose this is what shaky voice Bernanke meant.

The FED will proceed with monetary policy as is, and will keep balance sheet.
meaning dollar will still be a liability, but will ease inflatory pressures through open market manipulation of commodities, either shorting through banks
or raising margins as they did.

The Euro has a set of problems of their own, most recently the crapp debt held by bailing out Greece.

i believe we are still bearish biased till otherwise shown
however this level is important 1.4200 is a key level in my opinion. so nimbleness is the key.

it might deep lower to run the stops below support before moving upwards
or upwards before going lower, Liquidity providers will make some money with the stops either way. so careful

here is the uj (red line) verses oil. you can see it goes up with oil. because it weakens the yen comparably more with more expensive oil.

EU is bearish intraday with resistance at 4235 and 4260. Break below would suggest 4160 revisited further to 4100.

i like your signature but you ARE PREDICTING.

lets just look at price action
and see where price exhaust itself.

what do we know so far?
below 1.42 will be a good place to put stops? right then dont put one it will be hit

above 1.4250 another attractive stop area, so lets trade the apparent support off the 1.42 and sell apparent resistance 1.4240 area.

over all there where are bearish, until the marke decides otherwise, so trade defensively

bearish= safer
position at resistance=safer
look for price exhaustion= safer
scale in= safer

no reason to think price needs to revisit any level
