This is where EW has burnt me before....I tried dictating what it should be.....typically, It takes a few days, or a week or so to really see what is transpiring......my theory:

a 61.8% retrace first has to be achieved....personally, if 1.4155 holds, I believe we may be in for a 1.50+ scenario.....lotta wait and C.....BRB

that is the main problem with using EW and trading: one too often tend to trade what one believe and not what one sees. I take it with T@rantula: Reaction, not prediction.

The 61.8% retracement is a nice target for a wave 2 oftentimes, but when forces are high don't be surprised with a small and shallow retracement. We will then likely see a deeper retracement in wave 4 (rule of alternation).

Yes...we shall see...Ive got a very small short on now from ... 4230...looking for 25-30 .... mainly just an exercise in entry strategy...one of the things I have noticed is that the 10:00 am time frame is a great time to for a directional / trend trade....

total bs ... you went in with 20 lots on a 60 k account where a 50 pip move loses you 10 k and you went to sleep... for f**k sake get off the demo and trade a live account

In monopoly I do not worry either....

I trade with real lots sizes of 10 to 15 and shit pants as soon as i enter a trade and my account is way bigger than 60 k

wow 1 pip move i made 670% of account ....

I do not get it .. eu is moving in 100 pip farts these last few days and traders are shouting how great they are getting 7 pip and 13 pip moves ... not to mention es ,silver , gold , oil , gu crazy moves etc. vix has picked up nicely and as of June we could see more large moves as QE2 comes to an end and us stock markets correct .... blame will be in greece ... or the housing market or AIG ... one , the other or all three

lol.... I come here just for the entertainment

assuming 1,4280 holds and us market have another down day tomorrow ...

1.4050 1st target based on sell off 1.4250 and 200 pip range day much like today , thursday and friday ....

Trading can be that simple....nice of them to make a little bear flag in Asia.

here is channel ... 1.4280 taken out in london then may reconsider selling but i am selling rallies till a 12 hour chart changes .... the down moves are much more severe than the up moves at the moment....

Quite good point!

After all in my opinion retracement in 38.2% fibo or 1.4255 should be expected.

Maybe some scalp shorts but mainstream buy bias
