In my TABLES you can see ... that major trend (which is expressed in montly review) still points up towards above 1.51xx area ...

Only when this has been changed ... only then we can say we are in a major downtrend again ...

Most people think, that the higher TF's determine the outcome at the smaller TF's. Last day I read that this would be very true for Forex.

I do not think in this way, because I am an Elliottican. Sentiment starts changing on small TF's, which leads to change in wave behaviour. That leads to change in wave and sentiment behaviour in larger TF's.

The other way around (higher TF's determine behaviour in smaller TF's) is way too much deterministic and not flexible enough.

The only reason I see in following the higher TF's is: they are easier to read because they inherent less noise. It is harder on smaller TF's to count all the twists and turn correctly.

Higher TF's are good for trendfollowers, whereas the smaller TF I see ideal for scalping or short term trading.

The top or bottom is first tradeable on short TF's. If we have found the top at 49x I am mentally and psychologically weeks in advance of you (watching at weekly TF). I do not know if that is good or bad for you or me. Each to his own and trading style.

I would like to stress this last point:

Guys and gals: look at sentiment data at least once per week to get a clue what will happen next........

Just checking how this last bull action doing !! , not ok but still over the reaction low of a swing of indecision smaller within the big one also , 4320 & even if fail here again 4254 can halt to start afresh. lets see if the first one 4320 if not abort , likely to me as can down below the next low . abort now or susesptible to bull failure & massive down .

4rth daily decision making candle apparently loosing stream to confirm the down but weekly huge still overhead can at last almost without any retracement .

hi all,
cany help with this simple request:-
i was looking for a recommended elliot wave inidcator, to confirm my own sketches!
also was looking for a 'currency traffic light +arrow direction thing i've seen on many posts, 15m, 30 min 1hr etc?

i hope you know what im talking about!

We are still very much in an uptrend but bordering the LTL.
Yesterday we closed aove the 50EMA so I favoured long todaybut best entry would have been 1.4274 hich was too early for me.
With GOld, Silver and oil up we should have seen further move up, should't we?
It's as if the market is waiting for something...

PS: I agree with you, Lower TFs lead the way not the other way around...
