DislikedI'm not sure if this has been answered or not but... What if the TDI crosses at the beginning (opening) of the first or 2nd candle do you take the trade? Or only enter on the first or 2nd candle after the TDI confirms crossing on the previously closed candle.Ignored
Dislikedtdi cross definitely verified is your entry signal....either 1st or 2nd candle...green MUST have crossed red though...not just touching.....crossed.Ignored
DislikedYes but do you wait until the candle closes to verify. Or if it clearly crossed upon opening of the first or 2nd candle is that ok.
I ask because if the the candle crosses at the beginning of the 2nd candle and you have to wait until it closes, you can't enter on the beginning of the 3rd candle according to the rules.
So do you take a chance and take the trade at the beginning of the second candle since the TDI crossed over. Or do you not risk the chance that the TDI may uncross before that candle closes?Ignored
DislikedHey drifter,
I think it was you playing around with tighter stop losses on the hourly charts, looking at possibly placing SL at the last candle instead of the last high or low. How did you go?? This week I am going to record my biggest draw downs and see what RR I can come up with.Ignored
Dislikedred line irrelevant
ema angle irrelevant (just a bonus if pointing the same way but not considered when assessing a trade)
candle crossing not importantIgnored
