Good morning traders.

As you know, I am an active member of this thread and I have had many followers, who wanted to learn from me. During the last months I was acting more like a signal service posting entries, exits etc...

Many people e-mailed me asking to help the overcome their financial insecurity and downfall, I have responded to most but If I have missed someone thats because I really work a lot. I try to answer any question, really.

The things have changed meanwhile. I understand that many people rely on my calls but that is not the purpose of this thread.

I will constantly make charts, update technical analysis and show some potential levels but without giving numbers on entries, exits, etc. Thats what you need to do by yourself.

I understand that many will be dissapointed, but thats how the things will work from now at least some time.

I want to help and thats why I will change my routine, so you can all learn something. I will make analysis in the morning pre London and pre NY, so you can concentrate on moves and important aspects of trading.

Spot on there T, I do exactly the same thing. We are traders, not signal service providers, plenty of them about.

Glad you posted those. It tells me that I've seen the correct levels this morning... 77 is also an H4 level I believe... we've been trying to crack that nut for the last weeks or so. I've played the triggers on the M30 this morning, now need to work on the 'after LO' movement. Will wait for the next consolidation before I do anything. As you've stated, not trading is also a trade.

Good concern T , trading skills can't be copied or acquired automatically to learn & yes help certainly needed in this chapter & hope continue help us learn more .

I just did a perfect example on gu of why i dont trust stops .

I place a stop limit order at 16500 this at the time was below market and it was to get in if the news was negative .

When the news came out it was indeed negative ,price immediately shot through my order triggered but didnt fill because my limit for fill was 1.6495,I know this is only 5 pips to fill me but it was just a news play ,which you can get 30 to 50+pips from initial move then just get out.

My point is this ,if you put a stop market on your entry say 20pips below your long entry,It can get triggered by a volatile move against you,it can get filled at the very extreme ,leaving you with a much bigger loss .

Incidentally price is nearly back to were i wanted to enter,another reason not to chase em.
making green pips large and red pips small this is my goal.

77 (as in 1.4877) is not a H4 level (at least not if and H4 candle starts at london open.

If it happens, price will tell. It is not the time yet. Like clogs say, fundies is needed to push price out of this range. Nobody is willing to take the risk. So trading the range is sitll safe.

Spot on again, whatever works for one may never work for someone else, a trader needs to find a style that suits him and his personality. Copying something from someone else without knowing the entire ins and outs and whether it suits one's own style is never profitable.

Stopped out at +10. Maybe should have taken it of at 72 for +22 but I'm happy with the 10. That plus a 22 earlier today is more than ok for me. On the sideline watching the break or longing at the bottom again (if PA suggests).
