I hear you, mate. I go through cycles. I enjoy intraday stuff the most, but I get burned out and bored after a while. Today was a tough one for me to find any interest at all. Don't know if it is just the Monday affect, or if its that time..?

Had a pretty solid run of late...been putting some extra pips in the bank regularly so I can step away for a few weeks. Recent metals play paid handsomely so some play time is ahead. Have a bit of work to box off in one of my other businesses and then it is vacay time...relax and recharge. Would love to see a solid turn on my long term play, but will be easy enough to handle while away if it doesn't.

Nice to hear your approach, brother. Patience is key...and you seem to be doing well there.

It seems its a combination of things. But generally I find myself following the market from early Frankie to mid NY lots of days. I used to just do London open to NY open when I was on shorter time frames(ie 5min/15min), but since moving up to the 1hr, I find myself putting much more time in. BTW, I trade from Europe.

if it goes through dpp, I got some trendline support coming in around 478xish (steep so rising as time moves on)...
