No, why? Your broker cannot change the market price.
If there is a gap (as we had), that's your loss.

if I was long and my tp was 5 pipps up I am safe that broker closed my trade to tp and not 28 pips up !

I'd like it to test 4708ish again in m5. If it closes above that I'm long, if it rejects a third time im short.

Stops are Market orders, otherwise place a limit!
That's very important, but limits are not guaranteed to be executed, e.g. when price jumps.
I know MBT is a little difficult, I've been with them before, but they seemed to be serious. Look at 1Min chart, we had a quite large gap.
Otherwise try to contact them and argue.
