except for die hard royalists everyone over here is p!ssed off about it, the economy is on it's knees and the last thing everyone needs is another lost day of trade, and it's all being paid for by the British tax payer, still I suppose it's good for tourism...

Interesting decision.

I'm not liking the looks of those upward spikes. (15m). Looks like she is falling through though. Way to much Supply turned demand for me, sitting this one out.

Not to critique your desion but why would you trade on a sunday Before a Major Holiday when price is fluctuating. I ask cause I cant see any Great entry Points

Hey Archie, remember two weeks ago when I had that bearish outlook on the euro... so wish I could have taken that trade now. lol That 250 pip down day would have been a nice little present.

I'm always so on the daily chart.

other than the trend there isn't one single thing that supports the euro at these levels.

Interesting, I use fractals myself in my charts...

Although, I use previous ones to help identify supply and support zones ( the most obvious ones ).

I have had mixed results on playing the breaks... however, I played them without discretion.

Do you place the order on the break or the break-and-retest?

The only thing supporting the Euro at this level is the German economy and industrial engine. As far as the rest well, that is debatable at best, socialist economies and unsupportable tax and work structures. The big issue is whether the Germans will continue to back the Euro. A lot of the guys I talk too are starting to believe a return to the Deutch is the way to go. If that happens then watch the heck out.

Only just started using them, initial break so far but only if confirmed by slope and separation on the alligator, need to get a decent sample size, then will start tinkering with building in other parameters, momentum etc... a few ways of filtering bad signals could be to look for multi-time frame confluence and maybe only take a break of the triggering bar in the direction of the breakout instead of just taking the break of the fractal itself, just toying with ideas at the moment, should have a better view of things once I have some more data...
