you may want to c if you can change the time setting. many of the u.s. brokers post 5 est in their crap.. but their candles use 00 est..

See that is the other thing about this thread - most don't explain what trend they are talking about.

That is why I try to post a chart as often as time allows so there is no question what trend/timeframe I am referring to.

Anway I trade off the H1 and H2 bars lasting days and sometimes weeks but I don't use weekly bars.

Hey Vlady,
I look at monthly & weekly on Sunday,

Then on daily I look at all time frames (daily, H4, H1) for trend and intra day use M15 for PA.

I fine tune my entries/exits on M5 and M1. I find M5 very good when trending.

I rarely go against what I consider to be the trend as I have been burnt too often (so no long for me today). Fair play to you coz you really went with the flow today!

Always keep a look at H1 and H4 when TF close.

PS: I agree with you regarding trend confirmed - that's where you can load more and make the best/safest trade. Picking tops and bottoms can be painfull unless you have tight SL.
