That contract expires in 14 hours.....tough to call which way it will go....there is a 60 cent spread to the next contract month.....pulled some out on the short side tonight....will let it be until tomorrow and see how things move tonight.....I see things retracing back up for a while based on 15 min TF - just hit double bottom...tonights low was yesterdays daily low.....there is support there.

I don't disagree with your downside target I actually am looking for 105.33 - but my experience says hold off during the transition between contracts - things can move in directions that are not expected.......at this point I like to wait for the current month to expire and see where it closes to make a decision for the front month.

Significant break on US oil looking to make way towards the 105 handle. H4 support levels currently hovering around 105.50 // 102.80 should we see further downside pressure.

The bounce off 42 figure is consolidating within the half figure range - expecting further momentum to the downside to continue on London open.
