Take a look at the AUD.
Bad news regarding home loans -5.6% and it spikes up 43+
It sure makes lots of sense.
Always go the opposite way for logical thinking.
Always remember "Logic" has NO place in the Forex markets

We're about day and a half away from the ECB rate announcement so I would expect some kind of minor, repeat minor, sell off between now and Thursday AM and then maybe a small rally into the press conference to hear what Trichet will say. Then who knows after he is done.

I'm waiting for Thursday to establish a short - if price action says to. For a trade lasting days to possibly a couple of weeks.

The 4180 dip isn't looking good. It's going to expire by time soon. Next it's 4290 resistance. look to buy around 4220 I think we will bounce along it all day.

I have a feeling we will be reversing soon, but i'm not going short until a reversal is confirmed. The price passed R1 (pivot points) at 1.4259 but is having trouble staying above it.
