Waiting for prices breaking 1.4240 and hold above it. This will be a good indication for a buy only.

Could it be that the forum is more quiet overall. I see that open interest is below it's monthly average on quite a few pairs on the SSI although they are jumping right into shorting those commodity currencies with open interest well above the monthly average. Might just be that they are tired of getting whipsawed on E/U. I was shocked anyway when I logged in one day and saw over 1,000 viewers. It's just back to what it used to be.

Yup, took a look at Active Threads to see what two other popular threads were doing: Auslanco had last post 3 hrs ago, Cable Update 4 hrs ago.

Dead time of the trading day but still .... quiet.

Who's making accusations? All I said was that he hasn't been here since NFP and that he was shorting before-hand. I highly doubt he lost his account, maybe a bad day, but his stops were always tight on the trades he called...

Hi WM,

I am constantly monitoring the charts for fib confluences. Best fib confluences can be found with fib-fans and fib extensions and -retracements.

Fib arcs are a squaring of price and time and should be especially interesting, at least when combined with fib fans.

But this method is very new to me (fib arcs), so I do not base trading decisions on it.

After two days reading this thread, I can't say why some of those people took off, but I can under stand why any one with any experience in trading would want to spend time here.

It appears that trading is just a game here. I can't believe that theres too meny real traders here. As experience traders would not act as carlessly as most do here.

This thread is more like romper room, then a trading room. Theres not even a common thread running here its the biggest bunch of useless information I ever seen.

I had more then I can stand after two days, will check you later.

Why does every new trader thinks the EURUSD thread traders are here for learning purposes?

We are mainly here for killing time for the next setup... We dont have that many options keeping ourself busy.

news reading
googling
youtube
metube
playing games
pingpong
nitting
guitar, piano etc.

Looking over charts for bargains doesnt take a lot of time, its the waiting for that bargain price which takes time...


And these days when ASX has literally no volume its even worse daunting..

but i still have coffee
