Hey killerantz,

Can you just explain why this was a wrong entry point? You mention two full closed candles outside the 4h box, isn't that what this is? 2green candles have closed outside the 4h box? Unless he entered the trade while the 2nd green candle was forming? Just a bit confused. Cheers dude.

If you look in detail, you see on the chart he entered at .9678, which was at the top of that second candle. Because the closure of the was way below this point he had to enter at this high and afterwards the price went down, still during this candle. If it was already closed he couldn't have entered at that price. I hope this helps understanding this.

All RSI's were down at entry. Entered short here and now the proverbial stall begins..

And M15 shows that price has cleared the scout line downward.

AND...the M15 is showing a later probe (scout) that could be part of the stalling problem...?

You mean he entered at the top of the wick, and what he should have done is entered on the close of that candle as that would have determined the entry point of where it has definitely cleared the scout line??? He could have still made some pips then right?

i read a lil of that PASS system thread, they have a similar system as far as confirming a small break of price action support/resistance like the 'clear of the scout wick' using fractals.. just a thought to make it a bit more clear for newbies i guess..

price going down, hits a mini support, comes back up a bit, then wait for a candle to clear the fractal that formed on that support..

i dunno, may help

A month's worth of pips right now. The trick will be not to give it back.

This pair is interesting in that it has given us 2 opportunities to enter a 3 Tap trade this week. I missed the first one, but got in on the second one. up 70 pips.

I had to go all the way to a weekly chart to find reasonable resistence for this pair...back to April 2010 levels.

What are you seeing as for as resistance for the EJ? I think maybe the 25 area. Had to go to the weekly to find something.

Also, you have a lot more experience at this than I do, so I will ask do pairs fall as quickly as they rise? Could we see the EJ fall as quickly as it has risen? It gave me 250 last week.

124.60 area as far as I can see. But that is a 2009 level. I'm up 230 pips on this pair and am watching very closely. Remember price seldom goes straight in one direction. This move has been pretty incredible.

Looks like the Eu has closed above the 4248 level. Now, lets see if it stays up there, or just testing it out.

Yes indeed price can go down as quickly as it can go up...quicker, it seems to me. I just took half off the table and am going to let the other half ride, although I am monitoring closely. I would highly recommend taking some profits after this wonderful run.

WOW, how nice. just opened up my platform and had to move my stop loss up 200 pips. +530 with 400 locked in profits. And all started with a 4C H1 BO, and some 3T H4 along the way for confirmation.
