We do not take 3 taps on 1H because the trend can change quickly, but you can if you want to. Minimum would be the 4H with the right setups and trigger.

Very nice move up, although resting for awhile before it continues or retraces. Up +90 pips.

LG, did you set a pending at 11:00pm or shortly after before going to bed? Or did you stay up for London opening? Just wondering, didn't think you liked pending orders.

It looks like thinking moreless about BO. I think that it need to clear 120.055 area to confirm the upwards move, what are your thoughts?

Indeed, the fundamental news item pushed it up much higher than expected, though with the spadework in a technical sense, you could have anticipated the (eventually fundamental triggered) move already an hour earlier.

No, I couldn't sleep so got up around midnight and caught that move. Just luck. I don't use pending orders much anymore as the market is too quirky this year.

Yes but as a hobby. Just planted 5 apple treas last autumn and at the moment it seems that 4 of them have been eaten by rabbits
What was left of them after deers anyway.....
Thinking of building iron gage around them

Ha! Ha! Don't mean to laugh but we have those same problems. We build fences for deer and elk were needed and if that does not work we may have to hunt them. Rabbits, fine mesh screens or trunk gardes made of plastic work or hunting them during the winter. Our biggest problem during the snow cover is voles. The will eat the cambium layer all around the trunk or roots. Then we must bridge graft the tree to save it. Gofers can be a big problem on young or dwarf trees. We bait or trap them.

okay..spent the morning learning by experience that even though price may close above/below the scout line, if there is a pivot right after, wait until price clears that as well. so, a B/E morning for me.

BE is a win. Chalk it up as a lesson learned. Go back and see if you maybe jumped in to the trade to quickly. Just like baseball, the game is 90% mental.
