Correct. In the Sonic R System, the Trend is the 89ema. And it is best for long trading if the Price Activity is already above the Trend. But be careful on this one because upwards PA might be just a "pullback" before more downside. Note stopping volume at previous low in WAVE, and then volume increased on WAVE leg #2, which many times indicates loading up short for downwards move. An upwards move will find the Trend as resistance, and it is only about 25 pips above and coming down.

PA continues to be spiked down. My 5th add makes EP Avg = 1.5992. I am definately on the wrong side of this now, by not taking profit at TP1. There are USD releases today. So perhaps another swing up sometime today will help correct this. PA on a number of USD pairs looks like prices are being driven against the dollar before these releases. Many times PA is driven one way before releases, for better acquistion of positions that will become profitable with an opposite move after the releases. But this one is being contrary, being driven hard in the direction of dollar strength, unlike the other USD pairs......

I think pullback on cable is inevitable...i am long 1.5973..

There is still not closed gap from sunday.....lets hope we get there today....

I am short at EUR/USD on break of L.
Not looking good now lets see. Market pull back very hard.

With this volume story, the swing down should just be preparations for a bigger swing up. This could turn into a SonicR long setup today. We need a new high for the day and then a pullback down for a higher low.....

I have questions (only to learning purpose for myself, and understand SonicR)
? Why are you more interested in long of GU while Dragon is down direction
? PA is also below trend line. The only thing I see that it is on Daily Suppport (DS1) and on daily chart it is on strong support (which is broken now but would be confirmed after closing the candle).

Please correct me where I am wrong. Thanks.

786 trading ....Would you be rather shorting to heavy daily support? With open sunday gap above? I support you, somebody have to be on the other side of my trades....

Support does not mean it will never broke. I am trying to listen what market is saying.I would not mind to be other side if that is winning side.
