That news was probably already priced in. It's very hard to short E/U when risk is on and equity markets are on a rampage. Look at A/U, it's back over 1.02 again. E/J and A/J climbing all day.
Nothing worth having is easy.

took -40 today. 4186>4151 may range until tomorrow if it goes there.

other than that.. going to enjoy the weather here in the UK, which is surprisingly amazing

Yeah I got destroyed on that eurgbp trade last night, I had taken a nice short with a tight stop loss on previous resistance at .872, I came back from the bars in nyc to find my trade in profit......rather than closing it out or setting up a break even, I oops......passed out and woke to find my -30 pip Stop mutherF'n loss.....oh well !

That was such a Nazzty move! Talk about a head fake. I should have suspected something when only 10 pips went down on eurgbp after Portugal news.

Again though, who the HELL is buying euros? Is this just pure stop hunting by hedge funds? I swear, is it possible to ever really figure out these games played back and forth? or is the secret to learn you can't ever figure them out? I'm curious to hear from an old pro sometimes.....like somebody who has been trading currencies day in day out for 10+ years haha.

Resistance is there and confirmed at 4200. No m15 -> H1 close above it... 4177 support broken... let's see...
