LG you still in this 3tap trade from last night? I set my TP overnight & woke to +20, so I'm happy, but what an awesome continuation.

You are so right..I exited with 30 pips, but re-entered when I though price had cleared that little support area.

Looks like 8640 is another support area.

Hi LG, when you look for support and resistance lines do you look at close or wicks? Do you use a line chart to plot S&R Lines?

I look only at the candle bodies, others may not, and there is no right or wrong way as far as I know. I consider wicks only "exploratory" and a place where price may go, but has not gone...if that makes sense.

Not a good one, as nothing indicates price heading down, not the RSIs or PA. Not even a good set-up and certainly no trigger.

Same here. Look to the RSI confirmation as Step #1, then look for a possible set up. You are doing it in reverse.

That seems so simple but it's a common mistake, I was doing it all the time also, looking for setups rather than the first indication from RSI that something might be cooking and only then, look for a setup...

Yes, we often trade consolidations as regular BO trades. Pippete is particularly good at finding them. Is that what you are asking? Or big round numbers as S/R levels? I'm not sure.

Nothing to learn, only point out that someone else wanted to short the USD_CHF - he doesn't give any analysis so maybe it is all discretionary trading.....

Just asking about trading this type of consolidation the same as the other H1 4C BO with the confirming m15 candle.

A mute point now that I was away from my computer and missed it. :-( Maybe next time.
