Listen to me.... Open a micro account. Trade .1 lots, that's 1 cent a pip. Put $10 in the account. Practice, practice, practice. Write down your rules. Follow them. If a trade goes bad, document what went wrong and why, if good, the same.

Demos offer no emotional tie. You have to at least risk something, even if it's a cent a pip.

Good to be back to the charts today!!

I will be looking for a few quick shorts now that the D1 has hit the 50 level I was talking about yesterday.

daily pivot got broken, and now we are testing that 1.4180 61.8% fib intraday, and previous high high. lets see how this works. Im still long with 99.99% of my account on it. tp 1.4275

Trading is not easy / if it were then everyone would be doing it and making money...agree with the others / open a live micro account and carry on until you find your way / good luck

Take some time out before you decide to quit. every single trader goes through this. As the others said, get back to the demo, take a deep breath, and figure out where you are going wrong, but don't quit unless you really hate it.
