It seems that range is narrowing in the lower TF.
Is this a signal to a breakout? London close is near..
Appreciate experts' advice please.

Not an expert, probably low volume and lack of motivation, it's Friday afternoon... It could break up or down prior to the weekend, but I doubt it moves too much...

We might see some consolidation with a correction down to 1.395/1.4 region before the next leg up. However, if we see this mommentum cary over the weekend then we might hit 1.428 region before a correction.

Exactly but then there was no "Gap" then. Here is a 2 hour chart showing data for that timeframe upto Friday close and once again from Sunday 500pm est onward:
