Dislikedhi hanover, my terminal.exe resides on my less active D: drive instead of my C: drive. unfortunately the settings for ffcal require a crogram files location. is there any way around this?
thanksIgnored
1. I downloaded FXCM Australia's MT4 onto my H: drive and installed it into folder H:/FXCM MT4
2. Then I unzipped News 303.ZIP into that folder, as explained in post #1, and restarted MT4.
3. Then I ran the Calc Timeshifts script - no problem.
4. Then I ran the Download News script. I had to change the parameters as shown in the first screenshot below. Then I saved the parameters (click the SAVE button), so that I can easily recall them each time.
5. Then I attached the Recent News indy to a chart, entered the timezone parameters from step 3, and got the result in the second screenshot.
If your computer doesn't have enough extended memory, it's possible that step 4 won't call FFcal.EXE. Hence you need to run it manually. To make this easier, you can create an icon on your Quick Launch bar.
Good luck --- hope this helps.
