One thing you should take away from my trades as you can clearly see on all the entry charts I post is that I never ever try to pick the top or bottom, yes I miss out on 10-20 pips per trade, but I only get it when a direction is confirmed and by doing that the probablilty of success increases exponentially, I just make up for missing the first 5-10 pips by increasing the size. Staying away from tops and bottoms should increase your winratio tremendously.

Thanks for the charts Cloggie. That's exactly what I've noticed watching your entries. Can you share which TF did you use for your entries, 5m? I know that identifying proper PA and entry points requires a lot of experience but last couple of weeks seems crazy to me..

There is no set TF, just keep an eye on as much information as you can. Recognising that the last two weeks have been different is the first step, now you just need to adjust your trading style accordingly, if you can't then stay out.

Looks like 1.892 bounce will take it higher (Up - Sideways - Up ?)

maybe. but if they don't get water in those spent fuel rods. this bubble is gonna burst. governments are trying to avoid panic. its worse then it appears.
after all they are the #2 consumer. just a normal pa bounce after a target was hit to me. take out 3914 and then i will look for a top to short.

Hi Kill,

Murrey advised to set the p=value as a multiple of 8 or 16.

When I started with Murrey I often used 256, but Murrey means that all values above 64 are out of humans hand.

64 works most of the time good on all TF's

Sometimes I use 256 on the dailys to get the "big picture".

Remember: the p-value has to be set in this way, that the last significant wave is covered of the octave in its entirety. But set it to a multiple of 16 (16, 32, 64, 128, 256, even 512 or 1024 are interesting for long periods)

But my experience has led me to mostly use 32 on 1, 5, 15, 60 and 240min.

Murrey works best as a MTF aproach. Set 4 TF's up with MM on each so you can beter see where you are headed when e.g. price on the 1 min drops out of the octave.

Interesting note: Murrey thinks that his lines are more predictive than fibs.

Yes, they are trying to avoid panic. Horrific times for Japan at present. UK/US/France now advising citizens to leave. France organising planes to bring citizens home.

Yesterdays 4 hr 4pm est close looks very similar to todays 4pm est close.

It doesn't really surprise me at all. Atm, I'm trying to figure out for myself, how strong the dollar really is.
In November, when we touched to big weekly tl, EU was trading at 428x, now we're back down here at around 3900... help me out. My naive opinion tells me, that the dollar is stronger, or am I wrong?

78.70 was the post war low.. we got within 4 pips today.. but we already broke out the monthly closes from 1995 @ 82.93.. many consider that a breakout. im tempted to long the db

morning mates, from m1 m5 i reckon short road is close to end. shortterm long looks ok for me.

but i will not consider a decent long until it reach 382X--3840, or even save place 3790--380x

I've been using (p = 32) on a 30min chart. It has been extemely accurate on the EU pair so far.
