Well, then we're going to have to pay close attention to the next meeting as it will be potentially explosive. ECB rate hike next month far from a done deal in my opinion.

Hope some one bought it. 402069. We are probably on our way to 1.412-1.415 region before a pull back then possible to 1.428 and higher in the coming weeks.

Simple question: WHY? if ECB won't rise rates, as I assume they won't,

then why you think EUR should rise? Based on what economic events?

Yes, i understand and they might not, who knows. But that is not what is important as these markets are all about perception...even if they dont raise rates this time, the next rumour will be coming out of the Euro Zone again and a raise will eventually come this year. So we might only get a quarter point this year, who knows, but the perception created will be enough to push this market higher although this wont be the only funnymental for this years Euro rally. And if they dont raise rates, it could fit perfectly in the picture as Euro will be hitting monthly resistance at 1.4300 and i expect this market to correct and consolidate for a couple of month within a 400-500 pip range. I dont expect any rumours coming out of the US this year.

SkyzerFX I don't base my trades on economic events I base them on what I see on charts and what I see history trying to repeat itself but hey you have absolutely the right to disagree. We'll see how it goes in a few days.
