As I reiterated in previous posts, if you guys at MBT can't even do your demo environment correctly, what / why should your LIVE be trusted also? I only went LIVE for my various strategy tests with you guys as one MT4 broker, but I will never use you guys as a true source of my larger capital.
Let me give my reason and analogy here: I test drive a car but it breaks down constantly, so I should still buy one? Same with electronics, try and break, etc. Or if you guys can't even properly implement a demo or test environment for "testing" what gives anyone confidence in the "real" thing? Above all, after testing and using at least 5 brokers MT4 system that MBT's demo environment is the only one with "glitches" and issue to the "detriment" of your users for at least a year I've been using your system? Again, I have other brokers to use and do use thus it's irrelevant to me most time. But to others who really rely on you guys, you have sorely dissapointed many.
Seriously Justin and MBT, you guys have more problems than you care to say. I said it last year and will say it again, you WILL continue to have problems because of your attitude or lack of understanding on systems. Understand why your demo is always failing and apply the same care and logic to the LIVE environment, and you will have better results - it's common sense. And when there is a problem, you guys and your Support staff is quick to blame Metatrader; I can call your group today and record a conversation of this attitude. "Oh, that's Metatrader, we don't own the software...yeah but you guys use it for your LIVE users with money invested." You guys are much more liable and responsible. If you guys feel that way about MT, get rid of it - simple concept. But if you do use it, own up to it. You guys have ethical responsibility to your users. If MBT intends to grow, fix your issues correctly and have better responses - from demo to live and treat your customers right; proper customer service or even PR department. Guess what, there are a few other brokers with "custom" implementations of Metatrader, and they are working fine as the software. Some brokers get the custom implemetation right and some do not. Not only do you guys complain about MT, but you also lack the attitude to take proper responsibility; school your Support staff on how to address this and get a proper PR group. MBT has no excuses, period. Stop trying to explain. Just say we are taking care of it, and move on - true customer service. And actually get it fixed - reimplement if you must. Bigger companies have done it many times before you.
Last but not least, I've been correct about your issues and continued issues since last year. It will still happen again due to incorrect / improper resolution. The bandaid fixes can only hold so long until it breaks again.
