Well, gold is sometimes used as a safe haven play. CHF isn't weakening even though US$ is up.

Nothing do do with Japan... Market it is all set up from supply and demand look at weekly and no wonder why eurusd is having a correction move now.

I meant all of the markets, Japan has everything to do with it, maybe not directly, but all world events are correlated just like all markets.

Point was humans are greedy ...

yes but when there is a disasater like this what to export? u kill them if you weaken their currency? if you want to help them then sell yen after everything alright or buy their cars
