Got out in time, but I can confirm that the platform connection is not working again. Time to move from MBT, regardless of live or test and small/large account.
Guys do not expect support or even Justin to respond here. The canned response will be, call the Support Desk which is understandable.
From an IT Infrastructure standpoint, it is well understood now, that MBT is not up to par any longer with the likes of ATC, FXDD, Interbank, CitiFX, Oanda, and others. For proof read the MBT threads. I can confirm the technical issues since last year. They neither understand change control process nor system reliability / resiliency and blames other parties (last time it was the banks). I guess MBT only were ones affected as other brokers did not have issues.
