I am new to Forexfactory so I hope no one minds my 2 pips.

Has anyone here taken notice of the fact that in 2009, 94.6% of the time if g/c comes to within 50 pips of the weekly pivot, it hits.
Food for thought

Have been trading this pair a long, long time.

Please join me on this thread, I would love to share charts and thoughts with another G/C trader. Interesting to note this weeks weekly pivot at 1.6399 coincides with 61.8% fibo of last down-wave? (I am using actionforex.com weekly pivot number).

Could be a high probability long.

Must admit, I am surprised at the relatively high volume trading taking place during Tokyo today! Normally it is dead as a door-knob during early session.

Weekly pivot just hit... 164.03

I had 5 stacked positions, 16360,16365,16370,16375, and 16380.

TP 164.00

(buy limit orders I set up on Monday)

pretty good run up. It is sitting at the 200 sma on the daily. trading just above it.

People,

some interesting level on GBPCHF.

GBPCHF sell 1,5406
TP1,514ish
SL 1,5506
0,30%

GBP still on Stong levels but we can see also some very Solid movement on CHF pairs. Further weakness in this week on GBP should be a reality on the making. Like CHF in general. Will see if market will bring PA to my Order and then smoothly fall down. Expecting some good resistance levels on 1.55 and also some on 1.51 where the reward level will stand.

Will update and see the trade closely...

Currently I am using OANDA which has a spread of more than 4 pips..

Oanda usually have very good spreads compared to other brokers.
it will be hard to find less then 4 pips. and after all to trade this pair 4 and 10 pips don't mean anything. more important to be in the right direction!

I trade it with 8 pip spread which I think is a little excessive. 4 is great.
