sorry for a late qoute, but could you please explain more in depth, how do you observe the PA? Do you look at candlesticks, speed of movement? Which timeframe?

Nop you are misreading the important issue. Portugal skipped a time window for a bond auction this week as is hovering in all time highs at 7.5% on 10yrs above the sustainable level of 7% meaning the Portugal problem was delayed for at least a couple of weeks (until the EU meeting on the 11th March).

This doesn't mean that the problem has gone, just is delayed to propel a nice move down later.
