we are going back to were we fell yesterday:
3680 and then resume PA just like nothin happened.

1102 GMT [Dow Jones] EUR/USD rebounds to trade as high as 1.3645 after hawkish comments from ECB council member Yves Mersch reported by Bloomberg News. Mersch said the ECB will probably make an 'exit' statement at the next meeting and that the ECB can raise rates with crisis measures in place. The effect of the comments erases EUR's earlier losses which were sustained on the back of the escalating situation in the Middle East, the earthquake in New Zealand and Moody's downgrade of Japan's debt outlook. EUR/CHF also gains on the news to trade at 1.2845, having fallen to as low as 1.2792.

wave 1 of smaller degree will probably go to 1.3700 and bounce back to make wave 2 at some of these levels so we will add new positions on these levels

s @ 1.36715 and 1.36720, sl at 1.37180 for both. TP minimum 1.3428. It's 0.764 fib of total decline.

what you have on that chart, is much better expressed by extending the "naturally more sound" upward channel. unfortuenately, mt4 can't do that, but jforex can, if I remember correctly.

thanks for your thoughts.

MT4 and JForex produce the same basic channel. Jforex comes with fib extensions.

Pitchforking is more thought to be a helper for me in times when I have no real clue about the EW count.

Nothing compares to an EW base channel

A week ago I took a rather big loss in a short trade UY. Look where it is now, I would have been in profit if I would have hold on to it.

(But I won a great deal in UC)
