On the trade side of things, well...We were rejected at monthly open, 2x...

Longer terms, who knows...but I got my eyeballs on my current short target, and still think that we never really triggered off the daily proper as of yet. Will we get there and when are the real questions.

I have posted my views here, on the shorter side of things, and we are still in a process of back filling on the trades for shorties, some long covering going on, but hey, how many times have we all seen the retrace become the trend?

Are we finished buying yet? Have we really started selling yet?

Those 2 questions can only be answered by each trader as to what they would call a prosperous or losing trade...

For me...still a matter of 1 TF atta time...and right now that TF is the 15m Chart.

Yeah, the Egyptian Army reported earlier today that the Libyan army had moved its troops off the border. This might have been a reason.

Also, a tribal leader through whose turf a lot of the Med-bound oil flows threatened even earlier today that if Gaddafi doesn't go, they will disrupt the flow.

All in all, this ain't nothin'. I really don't understand the forex market's behavior; not at all in synch with other markets.

well as dj is going to be 30,000 and s&p at 2000 in about 6 months time they are just waffling eu up and down in range doing some serious accumulation , blaming the down moves on Greece and Ireland , hell both of these could drop off face of earth and would have 1% impact on euros gdp.

eu and gu are being accumulated for rocket into 2.5 and higher lol

of course of all this post is done with tongue in cheek and sarcasm .........well not sure on the DJ bit

On a more serious note there is definate reason in the weekly and monthly charts as to why we may consider the death of the usd in the coming months...not doing away with it , just becoming weak against the majors. In fact if you look at monthyl long term just looks like a bull flag and if 1.4 broken that is also break out of top of flag ....1.6 or higher ? is that possible.... sure it is ... anything is , those asked ,at dj 7500, if we would see 14400 again liekly said no way in hell..but here we are getting close. In the markets anything is possible.

Np...didnt want to start anything either. Meant to be amusing cos the person , snatch,seemed to me to be a drag act. They can be far more bitchy than the real thing.The lady involved in the bitch slap inmo is definately female and bitched like a good'un.

ROFL. I'm not embarrassed to admit my mistakes and even apologise if I am found to be wrong.

Market is a little strange. I would have expected the US$ to have garnered a little more of a bid due to all this turmoil over yonder. Looks like I'm going to have to wait until tomorrow to see if they are gonna drop it like it's hot. Safe trading.

P.S. I draw the line at the C word (just so you know)

No argument from me on that possibility. The US economy, except for junk retail, is certainly well poised for it; ask iron mongers like Cat Tractor about that. And the US debt maturity is way down, so the face of the debt wouldn't even get hit that bad.

As far as 30000 Dow...well, I'll hold off a little buying those deep out of the money calls, if you don't mind.
