It's how you define it. One can not pic extreme tops and bottoms, that's sure. But if it goes extremely far from your desired direction, it signs about errors in your analysis or entering trade too early.

i see USD and EUR/USD on a very important S/R
if usd breaks lower it will drag the price right up for EU
if EU also looks strong as it broke the H4 upper channel line but it's still at H1 upper channel line.

I have a resistance line in the same place as you have put it hkk...

That resistance line is the Monthly open...of course depending on broker, + or - a few pips...but toppy all the same.

Taking into consideration the buying that went on during the NY session, on a Friday, I would say that there is a very real possibility that we will see a shake down to lower levels, but the real questions is, FROM WHERE?

Now this is an area of the chart that has been bought up, so expectation would say that if we do see some sellers entering in during the beginning of the week, they will most likely be looking for a decent area of reload to carry back on up to retest this line of resistance.

Conversely, if price does continue to move on up, I see a few areas of other possible resistance, before we see this line tested as support.

Picking tops and bottoms ain't the easiest game in the world, but reactionary lines and support and resistance can make for damn decent targets if you enter the queue on signals from the lower tfs.

The USDX chart IMO, still shows solid base trend line support on the weekly, but really what does that mean? Historically, really, nothing if you consider possibilities.

Does EU move up the charts based solely on USD weakness or because the EURO is gaining topside momentum faster then USD is? If one takes the time and studies trade relations in correlated pairs, it can work well, until of course that correlation doesn't exist anymore....

Though I am feeling bullish on USD because of the ltl, that won't stop me from going longs on EU if they continue to trigger on higher.

I came out friday longs and will wait for a pullback to 13615 on this pair..see what it does when it gets back there.

There is every reason for EUR to rise to 1.40 and probably way further if you have patience enough. I wouldn't be surprised to see 1.42 in the near future or higher.

Every time frame 1 hour and up is bullish.
