It shows how much the price was pulled down/pushed up but failed to close at those highs/lows..This is usually done to catch out any orders placed with a stop-loss and then continue with the ongoing trend.

Finally it goes up...1,3610 area almost touched,
1,3640-50 should provide serious resistance.

But i want way higher than that.

eurusd jumped a massive 0.1 pip on the long signal then dropped 10 pips then went up again by 0.1 pips.

Looks like you shorted at a demand level. At the moment I'm seeing long may be better but then again who really knows.
