im surprised they are #2.. but its not because they use this much oil.. they refine it then export the distillates all over the world.

Mofu continues , now the burning question if it can validate at 3546 or fail again . set up both a bull & a bear first , the next down leg can be limited & unreliable to bear continue r a bit more before to retest validation next . that is success or fail at top.any way over 3385 , there is no bear & will take confirmation at 3350.

Good morning Trader,

according to my actual count we finished Monday wave blue 1 (down) within wave red 3 (down) at 3431.

Since then we are on the way up for wave blue 2. This wave blue 2 can easily run up to the red trendline shown in the first chart. At 3624 we have the 62% fib retracement of wave blue 1.

But the area around 3550 seems to be a huge distribution area, since price got rejected here often over the last day.

Oh, something I forgot to mention:

There is a descent chance, that we completed wave blue 2 already @ 3550 yesterday, the action in the following down-move can be seen as a leading diagonal down to 3476, then now up for a subwave 2 which should retrace very deep after a leading diagonal.

So far we have seen this subwave two retracing over 80% of the leading diagonal.

We should keep this scenario in mind.

I don't think that's a bad thing at all. Parse that one broker's 250B a month into around 10B a day = 500MM / hr = 10MM / min, multiply that over by 5 or 10 big market makers, and that's a lot of size that's going to make it to the ECNs via the market makers' prime brokers.

I don't know much about DSP, because I don't think there are dominant cycles in the market, so don't much care about the theory, but I did read that for some reason, white noise is often introduced into the signal and that somehow improves resolution.

Whether that's true or not, lots of small independent agents always has, in the past, made markets more efficient. Given that forex is dominated by a handful of dealers, thousands of independent decision makers will, in principle, help, not hurt.

A similar thing is what happened when the registered US gov't bond Primary Dealers (there were only a few dozen; 26 comes to mind) were put in a position where they had to compete with futures market trading: pricing became fairer, and spreads dropped to half and then quarter ticks.
