I've been in since 1.3690 with scalps here and there. I think you should've entered at the weeks entry point which was 1.3543.

But if you're not in yet, I'd say wait for a break of 1.3508 if you want to be certain, which is the week's low.

But if it was me, I would get in right now, since USDX is confirming the H&S. But nothing is confirmed, until it is confirmed, and that means the H&S completed. By that time theres no pips left for you though

Your are absolutelly right... the good thing it seems like finally I am learning to get the setups... now I need to learn when to get in to :S...anyway.. I just short on 1.3527... thanks and good pip hunt

NP, I'm really good at entry points, I'm absolutely terrible at profit taking.

I have clear resistance and support points, and I know I should close. But I lack discipline, I get greedy, and a 30 pip profit comes around for a 60 pip loss.

Tough game this is.

Last weeks we had a reading of 70% short when in fact market moved up.

Now, that we are clearly on the way down they stay neutral.

Soon the majority will go long when it would be wise to be short.

Is't it almost always like this?

Owch my friend... that's another task for me too... taking profits has been always a pain as well is always to early or too late... greed is the same problem here, but that's why we all wake up pretty early in the morning and barely sleep while learning

I would use volume and price, but apparently, volume isn't volume, and price isn't price...

Excuse my ignorance, but why 3508 is such an important level?
My fibs, pivots and S/R levels do not include 3508 therefore has to be something else that I am missing here. Thanks for sheding some light.

I take my supercomputer an run a lot of calculations (which can be done with an abacus, too) LOL

Rule of three - Dreisatz - Thats all :-)

But my own calculations are based on the length of the first wave. Normally/often you have 2 of the three impulses nearly equal long and one is extended with the factor 1.6. Then you have to reduce the moves for the retracements of wave 2 and 4. The retracement for 2 was given (shallow), so I expect wave 4 to take back 50% of the preceding wave 3. And finally I took a look at Murrey Math.
