IMO, day is still in the early stages. Check GU this morning for reference as is the first time in the last 2 years a small chance of an unexpected rate hike is possible that could make one of this "monumental" intraday moves caused by interest rates that people seems to have forgotten or they are to new to remember one of the main underlying reasons on why currency moves.

Agreed. I have to same that I came into the day looking for a place to go long, but this hourly London bar, depending on the close looks pretty bearish, short term.

Understand but I'm starting to buy here at 3639, sl 3575, tp open. sl is a little wider than normal but I may need the breathing space for this to work

The long term impacts it will difficult to evaluate before hand because we don't know the details if ever happen and it will depend on investor perception depending on the hike, inflation expectations and the "reasons" and comments on why?,etc, etc so I will need to sit down and do my homework to redraw charts and analysis long term..... I can elaborate further but later during a weekend not now.

In general, Eur/GBP and GU will break current levels making the GBP stronger. In this pair the collateral effect IMO will be positive short term for the Euro.... but thats beyond the point right now. The key issue I was referring is to pay attention before/during the announcement today as it can cause an untradable big short term move that will kill even the most conservative stop...

Ranges become increased , ok scalping perhaps , all long shorts to work .

3635 is the TP for shorts.

We will either see a continuation or a reversal pattern. Eyes on m15 at the time being. A close below 3639 is another short signal targeting 3585 on hourly TF.
