Hours ago while at work I attempted to open a Long Scalp trade on E/U at 1.3728 on my Iphone as it was headed into the 30's. Well it spun and spun (maybe lack of signal strength) anyway I am use to that happening from time to time. I finally closed out the browser application as I watched the PA move into the 30"s and at that point I no longer wanted to be filled. I reopened the browser and checked my broker and it didn't show me filled so I closed it and not to look at it again until tonight. I opened my broker tonight on my PC and low and behold SUPRISE....I own 1.5 at 1.37318 and down 18 PIPS with no SL. Glad we didn't have a major disaster this afternoon that sent the dollar to the moon and Euro down the toilet. Now I must decide to take the loss or wait a bit and see if this moves in my favor. I do not plan to leave open until London without setting a larger SL and going to bed. But now as I type it has dropped even more and after losing almost 23 PIPS with the M30 and M60 and H3 Pointing even more Down so let this be a lesson for somebody to learn...ME that when this happens keep checking and checking again and again or get to the nearest PC. SUPRISE !!!

This one was on Oanda (not the best for IPhone as almost always have to be in a 3G area with a strong signal. I use others when Iphone trading but use Oanda the most while on my PC.

I use multiple brokers. Oanda for my large account. $10. Another broker for a Mini 1$ and another for Micro trading $.10 (experiments and gambles)

IG Markets new iPhone platform is pretty good, good chart functions as well...

I may look into them and see. I have used Oanda,GFT Forex, FXsolutions, FXCM on Iphone with Live accounts. I have used InterbankFX with demo. I can only trade NY with Iphone as I am not allowed to use work PC's. Most of my $ comes from London-NY overlap with some afternoon NY scalps. I then scalp Asia on PC and then sometimes get up for 1 or two hours at London start but that is rare as I need my sleep for work. I may have to go back to a Blackberry for trading during the NY day as it has way more signal than Iphone. Thanks for the luck! Guess I will have to go ahead and take the unexpected loss and make it up tomoorrow. That is a lesson to the New traders not to over leverage. How big a hit would that have been it over leveraged.

I only posted this to be an example for someone new to see how even an semi-experienced trader can have something bad to happen so never be over leveraged and "All In".

just exited my short position, selling pressure appears to be dwindling will, await confirmation for reasumption of uptrend towards 1.38
