Recently I reopened my thread for a single individual...though all others are free to join...

Trading off an account, his goal is 10 pips per day...

He wanted to know if and how this could be done without wide sweeping stop losses and consistently...

Trading off of the shorter time frames and working off movements in a micro as traded in direction of the whole, makes this goal do-able. Working with others, I never preach into the thousand pip scores, but taking what you can in the time you commit. 10 pips per day is easily made 20 by adding a single lot to your trades. Finding them 10 per day is the challenge.

I know where you are coming from and honestly, I am with ya...

Just for the sake of the thread, this is more interactive and gibberish then is a course on management and possibilities...

remove your pre-defined tp and let them run. don't buy/sell into something you cannot cross. that's basically all you need to do... if that's easy, that's a different story.

Great to see others willing to give their time to help new traders. We were all new to trading once and whatever knowledge we can take from others along the journey is a bonus.

Too many people quick to criticise out there in the trading world. Nice work Magix on actually giving some time to help.

for the 30 pips/day people, just draw an arbitrary horizontal lane and count how many times did that pip show up in a day. and then go draw it on ALL timeframes. just a thought....

I will take a closer look, when we have fought around 3620. I'm basically looking for ideas on other pairs, as I just trade EU yet, and I must say, despite the volatility, I don't really like it currently.

Never a bad idea to have a few irons in the fire.

Some pairs wanna play outright stubborn, so for them, I take trades on the ones that make sense...

A few that I purposely stay away from trading, like EG, but that don't mean I won't chart it...

Anytime, any chart, if it looks good, I prolly be trading it along side with ya...

I try to be an equal opportunity pair trader, no discrimination...

that's really good to hear.
biting my a$$ a lot lately for having the right idea, but not the guts to stick to it. posting it here is kind of useless, as it'll be lost in oblivion in no time. there are things that need a second or even third opinion.
