Nice plays on both GU & EJ trades

Bounce off 62% fibonacci and pullback to EP, DPV and UTL.

I was considering gbpusd short trade myself too, but avoided the trade. The candle which closed below the dragon tunnel defines the EP for me, but the candle didn't break the support. There was yesterdays daily pivot and the whole number almost in the same area. My EP would have been 1.6101 or 1.6102, it means shorting just on the support..

Everyone manages his trades differently. If someone has set the SL above the wave leg #1 on gbpusd, the trade can still turn out as a winner, after all.

Losing trades are part of the trading, they aren't failures.

Short setup could be forming.

EJ:

In "Domas4" style, the FR study is applied to the current WAVE, or the last meaningful Hi to Lo swing (if there is no defined WAVE). There is some consolidation just below the Dragon, but the true EP area is lower, as shown in the pic. And PA is in an upwards move now (pull back) which may be added to by US traders.

The FR study helps analyze PA pull backs to assist in setting target(s). Domas4 stated that the less PA pulls back, the farther it is likely to run. So, if PA pulls up to the 50%-79% area, then the later run down might only be to 162%, or maybe even less.....to the 100% or just to the 62% levels. You get the idea. However, if the pull back is only in the 24%-50% area, then the later run down might go further, as to the 262% area, etc.

Also, for those watching Nando_rich's trades, he has stated that he places a BE+ SL at the 38% area (so, his entry would be higher). And his TP would be at the 38% level outside the body of the FR study, which is not shown in the pic, but would be a bit below the shown 27% level.

This pair has seen PA brought back up after runs down, again and again, without PA really going anywhere. So, when it finally breaks below the lows of the various swings, it could yield a very good run.

EU:

You can see the price is being quickly whipped up high right now, probably PPMs looking for higher ground to short at.

In any case, the PA pull up is to the FR 79% region, which means a real distant run later is not so likely. But the FR 162% level aligns nicely with the RgL target area. You get the idea.

The WAVE is not yet formed. But if this pullup stops short of previous highs and then PA later moves back down, it will be leg 3 of the WAVE. And EP will likely be in the FR 0%-24% area.

UChf:

While the PPMs are yanking EJ, EU and GU upwards right now, they are moving this one down.......to around the FR 50% area. If the pullback down does not go much further than this FR 50% area, we could expect the later run to be a nice one. The FR 262% level aligns nicely with the RgH target. However, if this pull down goes even deeper, then maybe a later run won't be so strong, and could stop nearer the FR 100%-162% area. That is the general idea.

A SonicR setup long and trade could end up something like as shown in the 2nd picture.

GU:

And this one could possibly yield a SonicR short setup and trade something like as shown in the attached pic.

Of course, with all of these, we have not taken into consideration what might happen at the US open. There could still be more delays in starting runs. And if there are runs, good breakout runs, then all of these could take out the RgH/RgL targets, and go further.

EU:

You can see from the 1st and 2nd pics how the PA pullup finally hit the FR 127% region, and moved the RgL target up accordingly. The RgL target is now closer to the FR 100% level than the FR 262% level. And because the pullup was a strong one and we should no longer expect an extreme run down (like to the FR 262% area), so the FR 100% level makes new sense.

Of course, anything can happen. And the US traders still have not arrived to do whatever they plan on doing. And there is no SonicR short setup right now....no WAVE, Dragon is not angled down, PA is not below Trend, etc. If anything, a PA pull down could next construct a WAVE for a long setup. However, this pair seems strongly bearish.

3rd bounce/consolidation on whole number...

Will this be a signal for a run-down?

One to watch, especially with that price grab on Friday. PA/V study shows trading on the increase as price was dropped. Also, in leg 2 of WAVE, there is high activity.

Yep, could yield a very nice SonicR short setup. Nice WAVE, and nice volume at end of leg 2. We just need Dragon to angle down and PA to drop below the Trend.

Yes...it's a key zone. It fit with 62% retracement zone.

The US PPM's can respect this zone or break up. My bet is down because i'm short
