China raising rates = Risk off -> Boost dollar
Bad numbers from German -> Bad for Eueo.

Conclusion : Bad for Euro, Good for Dollar.

I did. I questioned your logic that China's only inclination would be a devaluation of the dollar by pointing out that this partially contradicts their actions, and implied the reason behind their actions. Since the yuan is closely coupled to the dollar this obviously reflects on the valuation of the euro in terms of dollars. You are welcome to add something to the discussion.

1.3680 is very important level. It is very difficult to break that level (may be a spike will go above 3680) and by chance if market breaks that level say good bye to shorts.

How can I improve this type of fibo support/resistance analysis ... maybe with some indicators? I noticed the intraday and daily double tops and headandshoulders, btw, but didnt mention them. Both are trend reversal signals, so it is a high probality we will see more downside, but it's still kind of iffy as to when for me.
